Ingredients (for 6 muffins):
2 eggs;
135 g of whole-groat buckwheat flour;
70 g of walnuts;
1 pear;
100 g of sugar;
16 g of baking powder;
A little bit of salt.
Whisk the eggs and the sugar (1), cut the pear in small cubes (2), put the pears and the shucked walnuts in the mixer, then whisk again (3).
Add the powder, the flour and the salt and whisk another time (4). Got a homogeneous and dense mixture (5), full the two-thirds of a muffins mold (6).
Cook them for 30 minutes in the bakery (170°C - 443.15 K) (7)-(8). Reverse the muffins and let them make colder (9).
Conservation: outside the fridge, consume them until two days.
