- Ingredients (for 8 people):
- 700 g of ricotta cheese;
- 3 eggs;
- A little bit of parsley;
- 250 g of ham steak in cubes;
- Grated Grana Padano;
- 300 g of canned mushrooms;
- 300 g of canned green peas.
Put into a bowl all the ingredients (apart the Pie dough) (1), mix them. Put some butter and some flour into a cake pan and the brisé; add the stuffing (2). If there are some Pie dough scraps, make some stripes and sit them forming a gird (3). Put in the preheated bakery at 180°C (453.15 K) for about 40 minutes. Let it make cold in 1h and 30 minutes.
Conservation: in a dry place, consume it until 2 days.
