Speck and green beans savoury pie

Savoury cakes make a perfect unique dish. They allow lots of pairings: meat, dairy products, vegetables, spices, eggs... In this recipe we have combined speck and green beans together. It's very quick to prepare and it tastes delicious!

Difficult: low
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Add time: 2 hours 

Ingredients:
250 g of puff pastry;
200 g of speck;
250 g of green beans;
350 g of ricotta cheese;
50 g of grated grana padano:
3 medium eggs;
A little parsley;
A little salt;
A little pepper.

Cut the speck into small cubes (1). Into a bowl mix together eggs, green beans, speck, parsley, black pepper, ricotta cheese, salt and Grana Padano (2). Unfold the puff pastry into a rounded cake pan covered in baking paper and punch holes on bottom using a fork. Add in the stuffing and fold the puff pastry edges inwards (3). Bake at 180°C (453.15 K) for 40 minutes, then let sit and allow to cool slightly before serving.  

Conservation: consume within 3-4 days and store in the refrigerator.
