Orange custard

If you want to change and to do something different you can cook this original custard. It's very fresh and perfect to stuff cakes and panettones!

Difficult: low
Cooking time: 3 minutes
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Add time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (for 200 g of cream):
500 ml of milk;
100 g of powder sugar;
50 g of potato flour;
4 egg yolks;
1 orange grated peel.

Heat milk with vanilla and the orange grated peel (1). Let the milk in infusion for about 10 minutes. Filtrate it with a strainer (2). Whip the egg yolks with the powdered sugar and the potato flour; add ¼ of the hot milk (3). Spill the mixture into the milk. Let it boil and cook it for about 2 minutes and when you'll get a cream, use it for stuffing!

Conservation: consume until 2 days and conserve into the fridge.
