White chocolate mousse with Cinnamon hearts (Saint Valentine's Day)

Prepare this dessert: don't worry if you are on a diet, you can eat a small delicious on Saint Valentine's Day!

Add time: 3 hours into the fridge

Ingredients (for 6 people):
200 g of white chocolate;
50 g of butter;
3 egg whites;
100 g of sugar;
Lemon juice;
For decoring
6 cinnamon biscuits (click here);
6 wafers similar to a sipper.

Cut the white chocolate, then dissolve it with the bain-marie metod. Switch off the fire and add the butter and mix (1). In a different bowl beat the egg whites until foamy with sugar (2). Spill the chocolate slowly and mix. Make it cold (3). Put the mousse into the glasses and add the Cinnamon hearts (click here).

Conservation: consume it until 2 days and conserve it into the fridge.
