Spinach, Tuna and Shrimps Savoury Pie

 This pie is very particular, unusual because it doesn't contain any meat but some fish. Cook it!

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (for 8 people):
1 puff pastry;
350 g of ricotta;
600 g of spinach;
250 g of peeled shrimps;
160 g of tuna (in tin);
50 g of grated parmesan cheese;
3 medium eggs;
A little parsley;
A little pepper.

Unfold the puff pastry into a rounded cake pan covered in baking paper and punch holes on bottom using a fork (1). Mix all the ingredients (drained ricotta, spinach, tuna and shrimps) and add into cake pan (2)Fold the puff pastry edges inwards and draw a small fish with the remaining puff pastry (3). Bake at 180°C (453.15 K) for 40 minutes, then let sit and allow to cool slightly before serving. 

Conservation: store into the fridge and consume within 3-4 days.
