Easter egg tiramisù (Easter)

We're cooking tiramisù today: don't worry, you won't have to take a baking dish from the cupboard, enfact we're doing it into an Easter egg!

Preparation time: 45 minutes
Add time: 3 hours (in the fridge)

Ingredients (for 6 people):
500 g of Easter egg;
50 g of white chocolate (just the egg breaks);
500 g of mascarpone;
4 eggs;
120 g of sugar;
300 g of ladyfingers;
For the decoration
Cocoa powder;
White chocolate chips.

Whipe the white eggs and put them in the fridge (inside a bowl) (1)Whipe the yolks with the sugar, then add the white eggs and the mascarpone (2)Break the Easter egg in two parts, if a piece breaks, spread a little white chocolate fused with the bain-marie method on it (allow make it cold into the fridge). Put the ladyfingers in the coffe (3) and build the first layer inside the egg. Spread the cream and cover with the ladyfingers; continue until the end. Spread the residual cream and the cocoa powder whit the chips. Put into the fridge and serve after 3 hours (at least). 

Conservation: consume within 2 days and store in the fridge.
